The Tenth African Development Forum will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on the theme, “Migration and Africa’s transformation”. The theme stems from the recognition of the central role of migration as an important enabler for inclusive and sustainable development premised on African-owned and African-driven developmental initiatives.

En continuidad con el compromiso de fortalecer la convergencia y la colaboración entre las organizaciones de la sociedad civil de América del Sur y los Estados parte de la Conferencia Suramericana de Migración (CSM) y preparar su representación en el próximo Foro Mundial sobre Migración y Desarrollo (FMMD), la Red SIMN está promoviendo dos actividades específicas que anticipan la CSM y el FMMD, que se realizaran respetivamente en Asunción los 3 y 4 de noviembre y en Dhaka, Bangladesh del 8 al 12 de diciembre.
