Side Event on the Global Compact on Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration

A key outcome of the 19 September High Level Summit on Large Movements of Refugees and Migrants is the development of a Global Compact on safe, orderly and regular migration.  

In this regard a side event  will be organized on Friday, 21 October 2016, from 15h00 to 17h00 at Salle XXIII, Palais des Nations, Geneva. 

This side event aims to offer a space for candid reflections on the substantive elements and appropriate modalities for the development of the Global Compact. It will be open to all concerned stakeholders - Member States, international organizations, civil society and the business sector.
