MADE PILOT FUND

The MADE Pilot Fund 2015-2016 is coordinated by ICMC along with the MADE Africa, MADE Americas and MADE Asia coordinators.

The fund provides small grants to selected civil society organizations to support advocacy activities aimed at engaging directly with national or local governments to change policies and their implementation to improve the well-being and protection of migrants and communities taking place between July 2015 and June 2016.

The activities take place in six target countries: Senegal, Morocco, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica and Honduras and will advance the protection of migrants in transit, decent labour migration and the rights of migrant workers

After a call for proposals was issued in May 2015 the final selection of participants was made in July 2015. The six winning projects were selected by the MADE regional coordinators and the Global Coordinating Office from a pool of more than 50 applications.

The following six MADE pilot fund projects have begun in September 2015.
