To build on the trainings experience, two multi-stakeholder meetings were organized to improve the coordination between ECOWAS relevant government authorities and civil society organisations concerning mobility in the region. The meetings took place in Koforidua, Ghana on the 21-22 of June 2018 and in Tokeh, Sierra Leone, on the 10-11 August 2018. Through these meetings, a diagnosis has been established and enable identifying gaps. To address them, a roadmap has been drafted and will be developed to support governments from Ghana and Sierra Leone to work towards the removal of obstacles to the mobility of other ECOWAS citizens.
