First consolidated civil society feedback on the zero-draft...

The civil society organizations involved in the HLS Action Committee have consolidated a first draft of their feedback to the zero-draft of the Outcome document prepared by the co-facilitators of the Summit, the Permanent Missions of Ireland and Jordan.

In this first draft they outline both general and specific elements of the zero-draft of the outcome document and the draft Global Compact on Refugee Responsibility-sharing, which they identify as good, concerning, or missing. The two documents are seen by the Action Committee organisations as not enough yet, and at risk of becoming empty words if they are not strengthened considerably.
