2nd Friends of the Forum Meeting for the Global Forum on Migration and Development 2016

The 2nd Friends of the Forum Meeting for the Global Forum on Migration and Development 2016 will take place on 17 May in Geneva. 
The Provisional Agenda for the meeting is already defined:

• A key focus will be the final Concept Paper of the GFMD 2016 Chairmanship 
• The meeting will also discuss the progress of some of the recommendations of the Eighth GFMD Summit Meeting (Istanbul, October 2015), including the establishment of an ad hoc Working Group on the implementation, follow up and review of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, the pilot testing of the GFMD-business interaction mechanism, and the GFMD communications
• Finally, there will be a presentation of the financial report of the Turkish GFMD Chairmanship and the current financial situation of the GFMD process.
