MADE works towards a global civil society network for joint advocacy, action and agenda-setting. This organizing is predominantly structured around the implementation of civil society’s 5-Year 8-Point Plan of Action.
ICMC’s MADE Global Coordinating Office works closely with partners to organize activities of civil society organizations worldwide in processes that involve governments, decision-makers and international agencies.

The third meeting of the High-level Group for Partnership, Coordination and Capacity-Building for post-2015 monitoring (HLG for post-2015 monitoring), will be held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on 14 and 15 January 2016.

International Migrants Day was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly on 4 December 2000. The date chosen was 18 December, in commemoration of the adoption of the 1990 Migrant Workers Convention adopted by the UN General Assembly.
