Brainstorming session: Awareness raising on migrants' positive contributions

The brainstorming session at the European Development Days in Brussels, 16 June, 11:00, organised by ICMC Europe, AFFORD, Terre des Hommes and MADE, will show that more investment in social cohesion and full integration of migrants can have higher societal and economic benefits for development.

MADE Webinar: Telling a different story of migration

On June 9th, 2016, the Europe Chapter of the Migration and Development Civil Society (MADE) network will host a webinar on the important role of civil society and other non-State actors (including NGOs, diaspora and migrant-led organisations, academics, media etc.) as well as non-traditional actors such as local governments in changing the current narrative on migrants and migration and in “lifting the images of migrants and diaspora as bearers of culture, diversity and development”*

Sessiz Destek: 5th project workshop on "Cooperation on Migration and Development"

The fifth project workshop on "Cooperation on Migration and Development" will be held in Istanbul. On the 31st of March, the workshop will focus on cooperation with local and regional authorities. On the 1st of April, the workshop will focus on cooperation with civil society and academia.
