The High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development is set to take place from 11 to 20 July in New York. This forum represent the main UN platform for the follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and it is the first HLPF after the adoption of the 2030 Agenda on 25 September 2015.
Throughout these consultations a Ministerial Declaration will be adopted and the HLPF will start effectively to provide mandates on political leadership, guidance and recommendations on the Agenda's implementation and follow-up and to endeavor new and emerging issues.
